The school year is finally coming to a close. *happy dance* Last week we finished state testing and I have only one more week left with kids. Even though I have a couple weeks of PD and work days after that, I'm just as ready for a break as the kids!
This past month has been a rough one. The older kids have been preparing for their end-of-grade tests and their brains are completely fried. Everyone, especially the little ones, have been completely checked-out and ready to be done. To help things run smoothly as we come to the close of the year,
I've been planning activities that are structured and provide opportunities for practice and review, but make the kids feel like they're just playing and having fun. It's been really neat to see how much they have learned and grown and see how they are able to apply those skills! Here are some of the activities I've done by grade level.
